10. Encourage / take out some Topics (Current) of discussion to make them speak with you on Daily basis.
11. Give them small, Tiny responsibilities which they can easily fulfill. Give them some small Chorus Work (Most) essential.
12. Make child to take collective decision / Make them part of any decision making process. Involve them in Daily chores, House work and guide them, check it and then appreciate.
13. Be strict when necessary only after that be friendly and show genuine interest and Love towards them.
14. Sit with them daily Half an hour. Understanding their doubts, question and answer them clearly or guide them to right person.
15. Be Protective but not overprotective. Not imposing. Show them benefits & Non-benefits. Hence guide them to take their own decisions under your care.
16. Encourage them in Games, Hobbies, Extra Curricular activities, Social Services.
17. Know their Friends thoroughly and guide them to identity useful Friends.
18. Help them in making Friends, mix with all class of people, Remove bias of Higher/Lower, Rich/Poor, Caste/Creed, Smart/Non-Smart, Brother/Sister & Siblings rivalry.
19. Inculcate habits of becoming Self reliant, Self dependent.
20. Guide them through your won Life/Don’t replace them/ They will do their Job. Let them make their own decision, back them.
